PERUSE AN INTERVIEW WITH ILYA GEFTER ON HIS TEL AVIV SOLO SHOW "LIGHTS"
VISUAL ART SOURCE RECOMMENDS SHAI KREMER'S NEW WORK (EDITORIAL FEATURE)
With simultaneous exhibits in LA with Robert Koch Gallery and at Julie M. Gallery in Toronto, Shai Kremer's work is receiving well-deserved critical attention. VAS writes of the World Trade Center: Concrete Abstracts, "The effect is painterly, the surface built up with peaks at and cubistic echoes of what came before, calling to mind Duchamp’s Nude Descending a Staircase. A long look begins to reveal various objects and scenes; from chaos emerges clarity as the eye separates the pictures." To read the full review, click here.
